This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on themysticastrologer.com (“Website,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to gemstones, crystals, bracelets, spiritual products, and astrology consultation services. By placing an order or booking a consultation, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched or the consultation has not yet commenced.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at omnamahshivayastrology@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order, quoting your order ID.
  • Once an order has been shipped, or once an astrology consultation session has been scheduled and confirmed by the astrologer, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (including bracelets made to a specific wrist size, name-engraved items, or personally energized products) cannot be canceled once production or energization has begun.

2. Astrology Consultation Services: Non-Refundable Nature

Please read this section carefully, as astrology and spiritual consultation services are fundamentally different from physical goods.

  • Consultation fees are charged for the astrologer’s time, expertise, and analysis, not for any guaranteed outcome, prediction, or result.
  • Once a consultation session has been conducted (in person, via call, video, or chat), no refund will be issued, regardless of the customer’s satisfaction with the interpretation, prediction, or remedies suggested.
  • If a scheduled consultation needs to be rescheduled, the Customer may request a one-time rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice before the appointment. No-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled time) will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, financial results, relationship results, or any event as a consequence of astrological consultation, remedies, gemstone recommendations, or product use. All services are offered as guidance based on traditional astrological practice and must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products (Gemstones, Crystals, Bracelets)

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if:
    a) The product received is damaged during transit, or
    b) You received a materially incorrect product (wrong item/wrong stone).
  • Timeframe: Any such claim must be raised within 12 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video evidence (mandatory) showing the sealed package being opened, and photographs/video of the damage or discrepancy.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with any certification/authenticity card intact.
  • Energized/Customized Products: Bracelets, malas, or gemstones that have been individually cleansed, energized, or customized for a specific wearer are treated as personalized items and are not eligible for return or refund once dispatched, except in cases of proven transit damage or a wrong item sent, as above.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection of size/stone by the Customer, or perceived mismatch between the product and the Customer’s expectations regarding astrological effect.
  • Authenticity Disputes: If the Customer disputes the authenticity of a gemstone, they may have it tested at a recognized government-approved gemological laboratory at their own expense. If the lab certifies the stone as synthetic/artificial (contrary to what was represented on the product listing), the Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund, subject to submission of the original lab report and the product packed by the lab itself.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges, COD charges, and any customization/energization charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once incurred.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only, in compliance with RBI guidelines and applicable law. We do not issue refunds to any third-party account, UPI ID, or bank account other than the one used for payment.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7–10 working days, subject to delays caused by the Customer’s bank or payment gateway, which are beyond our control.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer, and the Customer will be required to provide verified bank account details (a canceled cheque/passbook copy) matching the name on the order.
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification (PAN details, ID proof) for high-value refunds as required under applicable Indian financial regulations.

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Categories

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of proven transit damage:

  • Astrology, tarot, numerology, or any consultation services once delivered
  • Customized/personalized/energized bracelets, malas, and gemstones
  • Items marked “Sale” or purchased at a discounted price
  • Digital products, PDFs, downloadable reports, or e-books, if applicable
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, and only for the same item, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with mandatory unboxing video proof.
  • Return shipping costs for approved exchanges will be borne by the Customer.

7. Disclaimer on Astrological & Healing Claims

All references to planetary influences, astrological remedies, crystal healing properties, or energization are based on traditional belief systems and are offered for informational, spiritual, and complementary wellness purposes only. TheMysticAstrologer makes no scientific or medical claims regarding the efficacy of gemstones, bracelets, or consultations, and Customers acknowledge that purchases are made on this understanding. This disclaimer and the non-refundable nature of outcomes described in Sections 2 and 3, are integral to this Policy.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, bank processing times, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ratnagiri.
