Consultation bookings (via call, video, chat, or in-person at our Ratnagiri store) are confirmed only upon successful payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) and other information required for the consultation. TheMysticAstrologer is not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Consultations are charged for the astrologer’s time and professional interpretation — not for any specific predicted outcome.
Recording of consultation sessions (audio/video) by the Customer without prior written consent from TheMysticAstrologer is not permitted, and any such content may not be reproduced, published, or shared publicly.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a rescheduled slot or a refund will be offered in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, you will be charged the price listed at the time of confirmed purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. TheMysticAstrologer does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used, or are authorized to use it, and that sufficient funds are available.
In the event of any suspected fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order, initiate a refund at our discretion, and may report such activity to the relevant authorities.

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any transit issues.
